Digital solutions for safer, smarter maritime operations

Xplisi Technologies develops practical software solutions for shipping professionals, helping maritime companies improve clarity, readiness, compliance, and operational reliability.

Who we are

Xplisi Technologies is a maritime-focused software company built by experienced industry professionals. We develop practical digital platforms that help shipping companies improve operational clarity, risk control, compliance, and decision-making across both vessel and shore-based operations. The name Xplisi reflects our philosophy: XP stands for experience, and “lisi” comes from the Greek word for solution. Together, it expresses our aim to turn real maritime experience into practical solutions that support people at sea and ashore.

Our vision

At Xplisi, we believe maritime professionals deserve more than static documents, fragmented information, and generic software. Our vision is to create intelligent, practical, and living operational tools that stand beside both the crew and the company, helping people make clearer, faster, and safer decisions when pressure is high and timing matters most. We build technology that transforms real maritime experience into structured support, stronger readiness, better compliance, and greater confidence across the entire operational chain, from ship to shore. Because when operations are safer, clearer, and better supported, everybody wins: the crew, the company, the client, the insurer, and the shipping industry as a whole.

Our Products

Xplisi – DP suite – DPO Decision Support & Training Platform

A complete Dynamic Positioning suite that brings together checklists, risk assessment, drills, TAM/CAM/ASOG workflows, familiarization, standing orders and live communication with the company in one unified operational environment. Built by default around IMCA philosophy and fully configurable to each vessel’s specific setup, procedures and operating limits, it gives DPOs and vessel teams immediate access to the tools, controls and guidance they need at the exact moment they need them. AI is used to retrieve and surface instant answers directly from the vessel’s uploaded manuals, turning static documentation into practical, real-time support for day-to-day operations. It can also be used as a training and familiarization tool, helping DPOs become fully conversant with vessel-specific CAM, TAM and ASOG requirements, understand WCF scenarios, and identify the immediate actions required when needed. The result is a vessel-specific DP workspace where readiness, familiarization, operational guidance, mitigation logic and decision support are kept together in one place.

Xplisi – Insight – Critical Equipment Risk, Mapping & Controls

A critical equipment risk platform that converts dispersed technical and operational information into a single, structured model for equipment mapping, risk assessment and targeted controls. Designed as an intelligence layer that complements existing PMS and ERP systems rather than replacing them, it helps companies identify what is truly critical, why it is critical, and what practical actions are required to reduce escalation risk. By combining structured equipment mapping, risk scoring, criticality and risk zones, controls logic, component-level visibility and reporting, Xplisi Insight turns flat labels into actionable decisions, documented controls and better allocation of attention, spares and intervention planning.

Xplisi – Runbooks – AI-Powered Manual Access, Troubleshooting & Parts Intelligence Platform

A vessel-specific manual intelligence platform designed for both office teams and onboard personnel, giving users immediate access to the right technical information from uploaded manuals. It enables fast question answering, page-level manual retrieval, parts identification and guided troubleshooting, helping teams move from document search to practical action in seconds. By converting static manuals into real-time, usable support, it improves response time, reduces uncertainty and keeps critical knowledge available wherever it is needed.

Our Apps

We offer practical mobile applications for iOS and Android that support everyday work both on board and ashore. Solutions such as DeckPilot provide fast access to essential marine calculators and operational tools, helping deck officers and office teams work with greater speed, accuracy, and confidence.

Xplisi – HSSE - AI-Powered Manual Generation & Daily Implementation Platform

A developing HSSE platform that enables companies to build vessel- and company-specific manuals based on the requirements, standards and source material uploaded by the user, and then move beyond document creation into day-to-day implementation. Designed not only to generate the manuals themselves but also to support their practical application, it helps transform HSSE requirements into structured, usable guidance for daily operations, follow-up and onboard execution. The goal is to create a living HSSE environment where manuals are not treated as static documents, but as operational tools that can be applied, followed and maintained in practice.
